Privacy notice
This is short because the site collects very little. The Vault TCG London, 43 Kilburn Lane, London W10 4AE, is the data controller.
What we collect, and why

What we do not do
- No advertising or analytics cookies. The site sets one cookie, and only if a member of shop staff signs into the admin area. There is no tracking pixel, no Facebook tag and no Google Analytics.
- No selling or sharing your details. Not to marketers, not to partners, not to anyone.
- No profiling and no automated decisions. A person reads every message.
Your browser also stores your basket and your chosen colour theme locally on your own device. That never reaches our server, and clearing your browser data removes it.
How long we keep it
- Reservations: 24 months, because they are our record of a sale.
- Contact messages: 24 months.
- Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.
Who else sees it
The site runs on servers we rent in the UK/EU. Card price lookups are made by our server to a pricing service and contain the card you searched for — never your name, email or IP.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action it within a month. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
