Returns & refunds
These are your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, plus what we do in practice — which in a couple of places is more than the law requires, because arguing with a customer over a £12 card is not a business model.
Changed your mind
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an online order, and 14 days from telling us to get it back to us. Items need to be in the condition they arrived in. Sealed product must still be sealed.
We refund to the original payment method within three working days of the parcel reaching us, including the standard outbound postage you paid. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or wrong.
Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will replace it, refund it or credit it — your choice. We do not ask you to post it back first, and we do not ask you to wait while a courier investigates.
Condition disputes
Every single card is photographed individually and graded conservatively, but condition is a judgement and judgements differ. If a card arrives and you think we called it wrong, send us a photo. If we agree, it comes back at our cost. We would rather lose the sale than have you decide our grading cannot be trusted.
Bought in store
In-store purchases are not covered by distance-selling rules, because you saw the card before you bought it. We will still put right anything that is genuinely wrong — misgraded, mispriced or misdescribed — within 14 days with a receipt.
What cannot be returned
- Sealed product that has been opened. Opening it is the thing you paid for.
- Single cards that have been removed from their sleeve and handled.
- Cards sold explicitly as damaged or played, where the wear is what was described.
Starting a return
Message us with your reference number and what you would like to do. There is no form to fill in and no returns portal — a person reads it.
