Delivery & collection
Everything on the site is stock we physically hold in the shop, so what you reserve is what you get — there is no dropshipper in the middle and nothing is ordered in after you buy.
Click and collect
Reserve online and we set it aside at the counter. You get a reference on screen; bring it with you and pay in store. Reservations are held for 72 hours — if you cannot make it in that time, tell us and we will extend it rather than put it back out.
Orders placed during opening hours are usually ready within an hour.

Orders confirmed before 14:00 on a day we are open go out the same day. We are closed on Mondays, so a Sunday-evening order posts on Tuesday.
How things are packed
- Single cards are sleeved, put in a rigid toploader, taped inside a bubble mailer and sent tracked.
- Graded slabs are bubble-wrapped and boxed — never sent in a mailer.
- Sealed product is boxed with fill so the corners cannot be crushed, because a dinged ETB corner is a damaged item to a collector.
International
We do not post outside the UK through the website yet. Message us with what you are after and where you are, and we will quote it properly rather than guess.
